The Senior Project Manager BOLT Orchestration is responsible for end-to-end project management across Trial Claim and Real Claim workstreams within the BOLT Orchestration program. This role provides project management oversight as the program evolves from proof of concept to pilot and enterprise scale. Working closely with Capability Managers, Enterprise Claim Asset teams, external partners, Analytics teams, and business stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager drives program cadence, milestone management, risk mitigation, dependency coordination, and support executive-ready reporting to ensure successful delivery of key BOLT Orchestration objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management activities for BOLT Orchestration across Trial Claim and Real Claim workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Establish and manage program operating cadence, including status reviews, workstream checkpoints, and governance meetings.
• Track and manage cross-functional risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across Capability Managers, Enterprise Claim Asset teams, Analytics partners, and technology stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities with external partners and internal delivery teams to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Monitor project health, delivery progress, milestone attainment, and overall program readiness.
• Prepare and deliver executive-ready status reporting, dashboards, risk summaries, and leadership communications.
• Facilitate issue resolution and escalation management to minimize impacts to delivery timelines and business commitments.
• Monitor program spend, financial forecasts, budget performance aligned to capital funding objectives.
• Ensure alignment between project plans, capability roadmaps, and enterprise governance requirements.
• Support readiness planning for Trial Claim milestones, Real Claim implementation activities, and future enterprise-scale orchestration use cases.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management practices, governance processes, and delivery methodologies across the program.

• 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, technology delivery, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated experience managing project plans, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project governance skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting/dashboard tools., * Experience managing healthcare claims, claims modernization, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with cloud technology programs and external technology partners.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, Rally, Aha!, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Strong executive presence and experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, orchestration platforms, MCP patterns, and API-driven ecosystems.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology and business transformation programs.
