AI Engineer - INTL - India

An enterprise level client is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions that enhance business efficiency, automation, and decision-making. This role will focus heavily on Microsoft’s AI ecosystem, including Copilot and Azure AI Foundry, and will work closely with business stakeholders to identify, build, and optimize AI-powered applications and workflows., * Design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications using Microsoft AI technologies.

• Build and customize Microsoft Copilot solutions to improve productivity, automation, and business processes.

• Develop and deploy AI models, agents, and workflows utilizing Azure AI Foundry.

• Create intelligent automation solutions leveraging LLMs, generative AI, and conversational AI technologies.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and business applications.

• Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve AI application performance, reliability, and accuracy.

• Establish AI governance, security, and compliance best practices.

• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, data engineering, product owners, and business leaders.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience developing, deploying, and integrating generative AI solutions in a production environment., * 4+ years of professional experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Expert-level experience with Microsoft Copilot development, customization, and implementation.

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio) and Azure AI services.

• Strong experience developing solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.

• Experience building AI-powered applications, agents, chatbots, or automation solutions.

• Proficiency with Python and modern software development practices.

• Experience integrating AI services with APIs, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.

• Experience working within Azure cloud environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio.

• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service and AI governance frameworks.

• Experience building multi-agent AI solutions.

• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and modern cloud architecture.

• Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments.

• Experience with Scout AI solutions/platforms is highly preferred.

• Microsoft AI, Azure, or related cloud certifications.
