Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale our next-generation Agentic AI Platform. The role focuses on LLMs, RAG, Multi-Agent Systems, and MCP, with strong software engineering expertise in Golang, Python and Java., * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable AI platform components using Golang, Python, and Java/Spring Boot.

Build LLM-powered agents supporting reasoning, planning, tool use, decision-making, and multi-step workflows.
Develop RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, context management, and agent memory.
Design multi-agent architectures and integrate MCP with enterprise tools and systems.
Build scalable microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
Integrate LLMs, APIs, internal platforms, and third-party services.
Optimize solutions for performance, reliability, latency, cost, and quality.
Participate in architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Requirements

Bachelor’’s/Master’’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Golang and Python; experience with Java/Spring Boot is preferred.
Strong experience building scalable, production-grade applications, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, OOP, and software design principles.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling.
Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
Knowledge of Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, and MCP.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines.
Experience with AWS
Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing, version control, and production engineering.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
