Cxpond in Coventry is looking for a technical lead in CRM and marketing automation to enhance the student journey through data-driven strategies. You will oversee the design, execution, and optimisation of communication strategies to support recruitment and retention initiatives.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL, and HTML, along with a solid understanding of data governance and personalisation strategies. This role requires collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
