What You’ll Need

• Proven experience with high-performance languages (Rust, C, C++)
• 3+ years working on real-time trading systems, exchanges, or HFT platforms
• Ideally a strong STEM degree from a top-ranked university (or equivalent academic excellence)

Bonus Points

• Fintech, exchange, or low-latency engineering experience
• Expertise with Rust
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, or distributed systems
