Position Overview

As a Graduate Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Commercial Team to manage and analyze valuation, asset, and measurement data. You’ll support procurement documentation, uncover trends, and collaborate with operational leaders to turn insights into actionable tools that improve delivery efficiency.

This is a full-time role (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available after three months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze valuation and asset data for accuracy and strategic tracking
  • Support the creation of procurement documents to drive commercial success
  • Manage and interpret measurement data to identify trends and support planning
  • Collaborate with operational and commercial leads to develop data-driven management tools
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes and reporting

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • HNC or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and BI reporting
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and workspace creation
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
