Senior Full Stack Java Engineer, You will:

• Lead complex technology initiatives, including companywide projects with broad impact.
• Act as a key participant in developing standards and best practices for engineering large-scale technology solutions.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document software for projects and programs.
• Review and analyze complex technology solutions for tactical and strategic objectives.
• Make decisions that influence companywide engineering practices, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with senior technical experts and external industry groups to resolve complex issues.
• Mentor peers and lead project teams.

• Experience with:
• Java Development
• Spring Boot
• React
• Microservices
• Kafka

• Cloud environments (OCP / Cloud Foundry, cloud deployment)

• GenAI / LLM development (agent creation, agentic AI, integrations).
• Experience in Contact Center Technology Development.
• Middleware development to bridge product gaps.
• Integration experience (e.g., Workday, Verint).
• UI maintenance to reduce reliance on third-party vendors.
• problem-solving skills and ability to ask the right questions during design and strategy phases.

Pay Range: $60/hr to $68/hr
