Overview

Lead Dotnet Developer - Lorien, Manchester, United Kingdom. We are looking for someone with experience in leading teams, mentoring, and guiding technical direction, with strong .NET expertise and a focus on architecture and design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams, mentor engineers, and guide technical direction.
  • Develop with C# .NET (Core/Framework), SQL/MySQL, web services, NoSQL, and message brokers.
  • Build SPA front-ends with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks.
  • Apply knowledge of ES standards, TypeScript, WinForms/WPF where applicable.
  • Demonstrate strong OOP, design patterns, architecture thinking, and TDD.
  • Collaborate using Git, Agile methodologies; communicate effectively; maintain a UX/UI focus; solve problems; provide on-call support when needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading technical teams and providing mentorship.
  • Proficiency in C# .NET (Core/Framework), SQL/MySQL, web services, NoSQL, and message brokers.
  • SPA development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
  • Knowledge of ES standards and TypeScript; experience with WinForms/WPF.
  • Strong in object-oriented programming, design patterns, architecture, and TDD.
  • Git, Agile experience; good communication and problem-solving skills; UX/UI focus; willingness to participate in on-call support.
