Job description

Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer - React/Next.js. This is a contract to hire role, conversion to FTE will be based on performance between three to six months from start date. The role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States., We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-impact digital experience team focused on building modern, personalized customer journeys. This role will help develop innovative web applications, AI-enabled experiences, and intelligent engagement platforms that connect users with the right resources through seamless digital interactions. The ideal candidate brings strong front-end expertise, solid back-end development experience, and a passion for leveraging AI, personalization, and cloud technologies to create exceptional user experiences., * Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and Next.js

  • Build personalized digital experiences that leverage user data and behavioral insights
  • Develop AI-powered solutions that enhance engagement, automate interactions, and improve user experiences
  • Create and optimize conversion-focused workflows that reduce friction and improve customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain Java-based microservices and APIs
  • Support infrastructure automation and deployment processes using DevOps best practices and Terraform
  • Contribute to cloud modernization initiatives and platform migrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong experience with React.js and Next.js
  • Experience developing Java-based applications and microservices
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Experience building or integrating AI-driven solutions and automation capabilities
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Experience working within AWS cloud environments
  • Familiarity with Adobe Target
  • Background in personalization, customer experience platforms, or digital engagement solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
