Thinking Minds’ client is looking for an experienced Senior Workday Analyst to support and scale their global Workday ecosystem. The role focuses on designing, maintaining, and optimizing integrations and reporting solutions, supporting advanced business requirements, and extending Workday functionality to meet evolving enterprise needs. This position is crucial for ensuring seamless operations across North America, LATAM, and EMEA., The Senior Workday Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client’s Workday ecosystem. The position involves collaborating with internal teams and vendors to support integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, CRM, and downstream systems. The candidate will ensure data accuracy and reliability, supporting integration standardization across acquisitions and global tenants., Design, build, and support Workday integrations
Partner with teams to support integrations with various systems
Monitor and resolve integration issues
Document integration designs and procedures
Design and maintain complex Workday reports
Develop advanced reporting solutions
Requirements
Workday Integrations expertise
Experience with Workday Extend
Strong understanding of HR and business processes
Proficiency in EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and APIs
Ability to design complex reports and dashboards
