- Lead 2-3 enterprise applications simultaneously
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications and APIs
- Drive new enhancements (70%) and application support/maintenance (30%)
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure best practices
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and DevOps teams
Requirements
Seeking a Senior Application Developer with 5+ years of full stack development experience to lead and support multiple enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular/React, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), along with experience leading development teams and driving application enhancements., * Java, Spring Boot
- RESTful APIs & Web Services
- Angular and/or React
- Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
- AI tools/technologies (Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.)
- SQL & Relational Databases
- CI/CD, SDLC, Agile
- Application Integrations & Data Extraction
- Team Leadership (10-15 onshore/offshore resources)
Preferred:
- Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
- Appian or Workflow Platforms
- Genesys/IVR exposure
- Healthcare/Insurance domain experience
