Cybersecurity Engineer: Network Security & Automation

Experteer Overview As Cybersecurity Engineer, you will strengthen and automate our global web application protection efforts.You’ll work across application, network, cloud, DevOps, and security teams to onboard apps securely, analyze traffic, and improve service quality.The role focuses on troubleshooting, automation, and scalable security processes to reduce manual work.You’ll contribute to a modern, standardized security service with opportunities to learn and grow in a global environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Support and improve global web application protection services, including configuration, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, and service quality improvements * Address HTTP/S, DNS, SSL/TLS, routing, reverse proxy, connectivity, and application exposure issues * Assist onboarding of web applications into security protection services, validating prerequisites and coordinating implementation * Analyze traffic, logs, alerts, and security events to detect anomalies and potential attacks * Tune security configurations to minimize false positives while maintaining protection * Develop and maintain scripts, small tools, API integrations, templates, or automation workflows * Collaborate with application, DevOps, cloud, network, and cybersecurity teams to improve secure-by-design practices * Serve as escalation point for L1/L2 technical support with guidance and documentation * Contribute to process improvement, standardization, automation, and operational excellence * Stay curious about new technologies, security trends, and automation opportunities Responsabilidades * 3 to 6 years in cybersecurity, network security, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, automation, or application security * Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, routing, proxies, load balancing) * Experience with security technologies (WAF, cloud/security perimeter) * Scripting or development skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript) * Experience with APIs and automation workflows * Ability to analyze logs and traffic to troubleshoot issues * Understanding of web app architectures and exposure/routing/protection concepts * Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, API security, bot activity, and app-layer attacks * Ability to translate requirements into configurations, scripts, or docs * Good written and spoken English * Proactive mindset and willingness to learn for scalable security services Requisitos principales * health insurance * flexible compensation * meal allowance * pension plan * sport support * remote working allowance
