We’re on the lookout for a Software Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and driving innovation throughout the software development life cycle.

What You’ll Do

Lead complex software development projects across technologies like Blazor, MVC, Web Forms, and VB.Net
Collaborate across teams to understand user needs and ensure consistent, impactful delivery
Contribute to the entire development lifecycle: from planning and design to execution and evaluation
Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support the evolution of our applications with innovative thinking and design

What You’ll Bring

Strong experience with VB.Net, Web Forms, MVC, Blazor, and React
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Azure-hosted environments
An ability to advise on modern standards, tools, and processes in software development
A problem-solving mindset with a keen focus on customer value

Preferred Experience

Background in financial services, ideally in pensions, payroll, or employee benefits
Proven success in a similar senior software engineering role
