Overview

Position: Principal Full Stack Developer

Location: Guildford, UK (Hybrid for 2 days a week)

Contract Duration: 1+ year (with potential for contract-to-hire)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of modern, scalable web applications. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance data visualization platforms and portals, ensuring technical excellence, code quality, and architectural robustness.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
Strong proficiency in React, Redux, Webpack, and Vite.
Experience developing and scaling web applications in AWS or other cloud environments.
Backend development experience using Go, Python, Node.js, or Ruby for building RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while guiding and mentoring junior developers when needed.
