Base pay range
Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer
Salary: £60,000 - £100,000 (depending on experience) per annum plus benefits, perks, healthcare options and the chance to use a limited training budget.
Headcount: 6 Headcount - Public Sector / Govt Projects!
Location: Hybrid working (combination of office, client site, and home working)
Security Clearance: Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. Applicants must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the past 5 years and meet additional criteria.
Exposure with C and C# are a must!
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join our team. As part of an agile delivery team, you will use your expertise to develop and implement solutions that leverage the power of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to meet the business needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, tailoring them to meet the specific needs of the client.
- Design, configure, and customize solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Work with an agile team using declarative tools and custom code to build solutions in line with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in the Microsoft Business Applications technical capability.
- Follow best practices in software engineering and continuously enhance your knowledge of new functionality and technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Ensure high-quality code and robust solutions with a focus on Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) using tools like Azure DevOps.
- Contribute ideas for improving development processes, tooling, and methods.
Skills & Experience:
- Technical expertise in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, with hands-on experience in the Dynamics 365 SDK and related tooling.
- Proficient in .NET, Microsoft Dataverse Web API, C and C# are a must!
- Demonstrable experience setting up Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of the broader Microsoft technology stack and the ability to integrate with tools such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, API Management, and Azure Service Bus.
- Ability to develop custom solutions using declarative tools and engage in software development best practices in a DevOps environment.
- A keen interest in Microsoft Azure development and integration, with a willingness to develop your skills further in these areas.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development through recent certifications or courses in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure technologies.
