This role requires a strategic technology leader with deep Salesforce expertise, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and integrated CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, driving platform innovation, architectural governance, and technical excellence across the Salesforce ecosystem.

What you will do:

  • Design and guide Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and the broader Salesforce Platform.

  • Lead architecture discussions, review solution designs, and ensure work aligns with enterprise standards, security requirements, and platform best practices.

  • Support the delivery of Salesforce enhancements, integrations, data migrations, and system improvements from planning through implementation.

  • Collaborate with developers, administrators, architects, vendors, and external partners to troubleshoot issues and deliver reliable CRM capabilities.

  • Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical designs, roadmaps, and implementation guidance to support consistent delivery.

  • Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, reduce technical debt, strengthen security, and expand Salesforce capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

  • A collaborative leader who can guide teams, build trust, and bring people together around shared priorities.

  • A clear communicator who can explain technical information to both IT and business audiences.

  • A service-minded problem solver who stays focused on customer needs, business impact, and timely resolution.

  • A proactive planner who can manage competing priorities, anticipate risks, and follow through on commitments.

  • A continuous improvement mindset with the flexibility to adapt, coach others, and support change across the organization.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience: 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience and 7+ years in Salesforce Architecture roles.

Skills, Experience & Abilities

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification required.

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, mobile capabilities, sharing and visibility models, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

  • Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, integrations, and platform enhancements across global or multi-region environments.

  • Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce architecture that supports business processes, data quality, system performance, and long-term platform growth.

  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and architecture governance.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex concepts clearly to business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.

  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize competing needs, and drive work forward in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills across different teams, regions, and cultures.

Preferred Skills, Experience & Abilities

  • Experience designing Salesforce integrations with middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, enterprise integration patterns, and telephony/CTI solutions.

  • Ability to connect Salesforce with CPQ, ERP, marketing automation, analytics, and other enterprise platforms.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, data migration, and platform optimization.

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce capabilities.
