UX Designer @Jersey City, NJ || Full Time

Design human-centered experiences for AIG’s Enterprise AI Agentic Platform, including AI agent interaction flows, dashboards, and workflow screens. Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes, and design specifications. Partner with business stakeholders to understand user needs, operational pain points & adoption considerations across business lines. Define UX patterns that support explainability, transparency, auditability, user control, and safe AI adoption. Collaborate with UI developers and engineering teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation. Conduct usability reviews and incorporate feedback from business users, product owners, security, and compliance stakeholders. Maintain design consistency through reusable components, style guides, and accessibility checks.

Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools. Expertise in information architecture, wireframing, interaction design, responsive design, and design systems. Knowledge of conversational UX, AI explainability, human-in-the-loop workflows, and trust-centered interface design. Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. Strong collaboration skills with business SMEs, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams. Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
