Broking or Insurance Sector A continuación, encontrará un desglose completo de todo lo que se requiere de los posibles candidatos, así como la forma de presentar su candidatura.¡Mucha suerte!12-month fixed-term contract Hybrid: three days per week onsite in Madrid Immediate start Our client is delivering a significant finance transformation, consolidating legacy broking systems onto a modern ERP platform.They are now hiring an experienced ERP Integration Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the critical workstream connecting their newly implemented finance ERP with a new broking platform.This is a high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of finance systems and broking operations.You will be the bridge between two complex platforms and senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and HR, with the mandate to deliver a clean, well-adopted integration on time.Immediate start required.The role: You will own end-to-end project delivery for the ERP-to-broking platform integration, including planning, stakeholder alignment, and go-live.This is not a hands-off governance role.The right candidate will be equally comfortable in a steering committee and in a working session with technical leads.Key responsibilities include: Leading the integration workstream between the ERP and the new broking platform, managing interdependencies, risks, and timelines Partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and HR to align on requirements, priorities, and decisionmaking Driving change management across all three functions, ensuring teams are prepared, trained, and bought in ahead of go-live Producing clear, executive-ready reporting on programme status, risks, and decisions required What we are looking for: Proven track record delivering ERP implementation or integration projects in complex, matrixed organisations Strong working knowledge of finance ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar) Proven experience with broking platforms and a xiphteb clear understanding of broking operations and data flows Demonstrable change management experience across cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and HR audiences Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, essential for this role Available to start immediately or within very short notice Based in Madrid or able to commit to three days per week onsite at the Madrid office for the duration of the engagement If you have a proven background in the broking sector, hands-on ERP Project Manager skills and can speak both Spanish and English fluently, please apply now or send your CV directly to
