• OOP proficiency in a language like C#, Java, Go, or Python
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, and SOQL/SOSL
• API expertise - SOAP, REST, and Bulk API design, development, and management
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Hands-on AgentForce experience: building autonomous actions with Apex/Flows, grounded via Data Cloud pipelines and Prompt Builder
