Job description
We have an immediate need for an experienced Lead UX Designer with strong expertise in UX strategy, information architecture, journey mapping, interaction design, and rapid prototyping to translate complex data structures, content models, and diverse user needs into intuitive, scalable, customer-centered digital experiences.
Requirements
This is a remote position based in Wilmington, DE, New York City, Washington, D.C., or Philadelphia, PA, for a candidate with deep experience in Personas, Journey Maps, User Flows, Information Architecture, Taxonomies, Content Models, Navigation Frameworks, Low/Medium/High-Fidelity Wireframes, Interactive Prototypes, Experience Concepts, Ecosystem Mapping, Future-State Visioning, Usability Studies, User Validation, User Feedback Synthesis, and Executive-Ready UX Storytelling. SharePoint experience is a plus.
