Junior Network Support Analyst

Location: North Yorkshire - 2 days per week, 3 from home

Salary: £27,500 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Are you looking to build your career in networking and technical support? We’re looking for a Junior Network Support Analyst to join a friendly technical team and develop your skills across a range of networking and infrastructure technologies.

The Role

You’ll provide technical support, monitor and manage faults through to resolution, and work closely with colleagues and customers to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. You’ll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge across areas including LAN/WAN networking, Cisco and Meraki, firewalls, SD-WAN, WLAN, VPNs and VoIP.

• A genuine interest in networking and IT
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• A willingness to learn and develop technically
• Any previous technical support or networking experience is beneficial
• CCNA or ITIL Foundation would be desirable, but are not essential

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their networking career who wants to gain hands-on experience and progress within a technical environment.
