IT Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a key business change programme. This role is not suited to a technical PM, instead success will come from excellent stakeholder management, delivery focus and the ability to drive projects forward in a complex environment.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within business change initiatives
- Confident working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and keep momentum across multiple workstreams
- Personality and approach are critical - this role requires someone who can build trust, challenge appropriately and move things forward

Following the initial project, additional projects are likely to be added, offering scope for extended engagement and broader responsibility.
- Strong MS Office skills; Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Self-sufficient with wide experience in project management governance
- Proficient at project planning, co-ordinating resources and resolving conflicts
- Demonstrable skills and experience in delivering against project objectives
- Takes responsibility for architectural adherence, quality standards, policies and internal IT processes.
- Track record of managing business and technical projects of strategic significance via third party suppliers.
