Product Owner (Data Mapping) - FinTech

Up to £600 per day Outside IR35

London (Hybrid)

The Role

As a Product Owner with a specialist focus on data mapping, you’ll be at the heart of enabling robust, scalable, and intelligent data flows across our internal systems. You’ll define and deliver product capabilities that ensure seamless data flow between systems, APIs, and third-party platforms, driving clarity, consistency, and business value across our data landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the data mapping product area from vision to execution.
• Translate business needs into detailed data mapping requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and compliance teams to implement mappings across internal systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across the platform.
• Maintain documentation and support agile delivery practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in data-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, transformation logic, and data integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
