Business Intelligence Analyst

Principium Psychiatry is a growing mental health and interventional psychiatry healthcare company seeking a highly analytical, systems-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to help build the operational infrastructure and analytics systems of the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, building dashboards and automations, analyzing workflows, and transforming raw operational data into actionable business intelligence.

The role sits at the intersection of:

• analytics
• workflow automation
• business intelligence
• CRM systems
• and operational strategy

This is NOT a traditional finance role, and it is NOT a pure software engineering role. We are looking for a highly capable operational systems thinker who can help us build the “nervous system” of the organization.

Examples of projects may include:

• building provider productivity dashboards
• developing operational metrics systems
• analyzing patient continuity and retention trends
• tracking treatment initiation and service-line performance
• improving forecasting and pipeline visibility
• integrating scheduling and CRM systems
• designing operational dashboards and reporting systems
• identifying operational bottlenecks and leakage points
• building automation workflows and internal analytics tools
• supporting operational and financial analysis across the practice

Preferred experience:

• business intelligence and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
• workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar)
• operational analytics
• APIs and systems integrations
• SQL or basic database knowledge
• low-code/no-code platforms
• Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• healthcare operations experience is a plus but not required
