Solution Architect

IT Solution Architect - Hybrid Working (UK or Netherlands)

La Fosse are working with a PE-backed technology service provider to recruit a Solution Architect to design, implement, and maintain a scalable and secure IT architecture that aligns with business objectives. This role involves strategic planning, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring the IT landscape evolves efficiently to meet company needs. The business are scaling quickly, undergoing significant M&A acitvity, and there’s a real need for talented SA’s to implement governance, frameworks and standards across their key projects!

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Architecture & Strategy: Assess the current IT landscape, define roadmaps, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Solution Design: Work with stakeholders to develop secure, scalable, and integrated IT solutions.
• Project Support: Provide technical leadership for IT projects, conducting feasibility assessments and risk analysis.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary IT architecture liaison, translating complex technical concepts into business terms.

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in IT architecture, solution design, or similar roles.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, self-service portals, and enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of network systems, system integration, API management, and iPaaS solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
