Application Developer

Central London - Twice a week in the office

I’m currently working for a well-established tech consultancy business of over 70 years, arguably the market leader in their respective market, providing consultative services to industries such as healthcare, insurance, pensions, energy & sport. They are a modern, forward-thinking company that utilises technology to make their products and services stand out and stay ahead of the latest trends and releases.

Their growing development team of roughly 20 members, split across three offices, is involved in developing new and maintaining existing client-facing applications. The role primarily involves backend work with C#, with exposure to frontend development and Azure architecture. You will collaborate with different teams and work closely with clients to understand their requirements.

This role offers excellent progression opportunities with planned growth across the business in 2025 and variety through multiple clients and projects.

Technical Requirements:

• C#, .NET, Visual Studio, Object-Oriented Programming
• Frontend experience with Typescript and Vue.js - not essential
• Background in Maths/Data, either through studies or experience
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams
• Autonomy and control over your workday
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and career progression

Salary/Benefits:

• Up to £55,000
• 10-15% Discretionary Bonus - up to £12,000
• Pension contributions starting at 4%, increasing to 10%
