We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Python and Django, eager to work in dynamic, startup-like environments and contribute to meaningful digital products.

In this role, you’ll help build and scale a digital platform that connects various stakeholders - from field teams to operations - to ensure smooth delivery of essential services.

Your Responsibilities:

Product Development: Lead feature development from concept to deployment across web applications.
Backend Engineering: Build scalable APIs and services using Django and Python.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering leaders in a remote-first, highly collaborative environment.
Problem Solving: Apply creativity and pragmatism to challenges across logistics, scheduling, and operational data workflows.
Platform Evolution: Contribute to the product roadmap, with opportunities to shape the future of the platform including integrations with AI, data analytics, and automation tools.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Python and the Django framework in a professional setting.
Ability to take ownership of features from idea to production with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in lean, fast-paced environments with high levels of autonomy.
Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
Proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset and a desire to build impactful solutions.
