The role involves leading and managing a team of embedded software engineers, overseeing the design, development and test of embedded software systems, defining project scope, objectives and deliverables, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 8+ years of embedded software development experience in the aerospace sector
• Strong understanding of embedded systems and real-time operating systems
• Team-lead / management experience or senior-level engineer with team-lead expertise
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills
