Job description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex CRM initiatives and drive successful project delivery within our organization. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, enterprise software, and cloud computing, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Duties

  • Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of Salesforce projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans using tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria while managing expectations through clear communication.
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems such as Oracle databases, SQL Server, and cloud platforms like AWS and cloud computing services.
  • Utilize Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban along with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) to facilitate iterative development cycles and continuous improvement.
  • Manage project risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies aligned with IT governance standards.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and oversee release management processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project activities including SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), requirements specifications, test cases, and project status reports.
  • Foster strong leadership within teams by motivating members, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring adherence to project management best practices based on PMBOK guidelines. Experience

Requirements

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software projects with a focus on Salesforce CRM implementations or upgrades.

  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, TFS (Team Foundation Server), VersionOne, and PMBOK standards.
  • Strong technical background in IT infrastructure components such as databases (SQL, Oracle), disaster recovery planning, and IT governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, analysis skills, user acceptance testing (UAT), and software development lifecycle processes.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools like Microsoft Project and Visio for effective planning and resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead program management initiatives involving multiple projects across diverse teams while maintaining organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and reporting on project progress at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing environments such as AWS along with experience integrating enterprise software solutions in a hybrid or cloud-based architecture.
