We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Project Manager to lead end to end delivery of Salesforce initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations This role involves managing cross functional teams overseeing project timelines and budgets and driving successful implementations that maximize ROI The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce expertise with proven project management and leadership skills, Work closely with architects technical teams Business analysts to deliver project scope on time on budget and with high quality deliverables Communicate effectively with clients regarding the Salesforce project technology and functionality Use Salesforce experience to develop accurate work estimates project budgets and timelines Exercise required controls and propose improvements as required including quality plans issues and action logs risk management plans and change control plans for all aspects of the assignment Lead the delivery team drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully Ensure business and assignment risks are identified monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success Should have proven track record of executing multiple projects in parallel using agile methodology Conduct status monitoring and reporting Ensure timely delivery of milestones Track Monitor and report key metrics on projects Should have understanding of Quality process and implementing them in projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Risk management periodic review of project risks and people risks and development of mitigating strategies Initiate escalations as appropriate Ensure project is executed as per the right methodology
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce Cloud?, Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and integrations Proven project management skills with Agile Waterfall methodologies Leadership in managing cross functional teams and driving delivery Business process analysis and alignment of Salesforce solutions to organizational goals
Secondary Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Strong analytical and problem solving skills for complex projects Negotiation and conflict resolution to handle scope or resource changes Adaptability and flexibility to align with evolving business needs
Certifications Saleasforce administration certification is highly desirable, 11 to 15 years of project management experience Salesforce certifications Administrator Consultant or Project Manager focused credentials preferred PMP PRINCE2 or Agile Scrum Master certification strongly desirable Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce implementations on time and within budget Experience working with cross functional teams and managing client facing projects Skills
