We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer - ATE Test Development with 9+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ATE test development, semiconductor device testing, Teradyne test platforms, and test automation. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and scripting languages is highly preferred., * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ATE test development.
- Strong semiconductor industry experience, with 9+ years of overall professional experience preferred.
- Experience developing and executing tests for digital, power management IC (PMIC), RF, or mixed-signal devices.
- Must have hands-on experience with Teradyne testers, specifically UltraFLEX and UltraFLEXplus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitLab and Jenkins.
- Strong programming/scripting experience with languages such as Perl, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience in semiconductor test development, debugging, characterization, and test optimization.
- Strong understanding of ATE test methodologies and semiconductor testing processes.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
