Job description

We are seeking an experienced L3 Dynatrace Solutions Architect to lead the strategic design, initial assessment, and governance of a large-scale enterprise Dynatrace deployment. You will own the technical execution of a Dynatrace Spot Assessment, design the end-to-end telemetry onboarding strategy, and establish a RACI-governed framework for Day 1 Implementation and Day 2 Support. This role requires an expert capable of driving phased rollouts and quarterly maturity reviews while enforcing Out-of-the-Box (OOB) best practices., * Assessment & Strategy: Fully execute the technical Dynatrace Spot Assessment to define the deployment roadmap and validate infrastructure requirements during technical Due Diligence.

Architecture & Design: Architect the service mapping, entity tagging strategy, and management zone configurations across complex target environments.
Governance & Delivery: Design a RACI-governed engagement model defining clear boundaries for Day 1 Implementation and Day 2 Support.
Framework Design: Define the framework for persona-based dashboards (up to 20) and design enterprise-wide SLI/SLO configurations and alerting profiles.
Client Advisory: Partner with client service owners during regular cadences to pitch automation and optimization initiatives, highlighting pipelines that drive operational savings.
Maturity Reviews: Lead phased rollout planning and conduct quarterly maturity reviews to ensure platform optimization.

Requirements

Certifications: Dynatrace Certified Professional (DCP) required; Dynatrace Certified Expert (DCE) highly preferred.
Observability Expertise: Deep architectural knowledge of APM, Log Management, Infrastructure Monitoring, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), and Cloud Platform telemetry.
Cloud & Infra Knowledge: Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments, network topologies, and ActiveGate clustering.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading technical workshops with client stakeholders, managing scope boundaries, and handling technical dependencies.
