Job description
- Design, build, and maintain Copilot agents using Copilot Studio.
- Optimize agents with advanced prompting techniques to improve accuracy, context, and productivity.
- Develop integrations with Microsoft connectors, REST APIs, MCP custom connectors, and external systems.
- Act as an internal authority for Copilot governance, compliance, and best practices.
- Administer, monitor, and optimize platform performance; maintain documentation and standards.
- Provide L1 support, troubleshoot user issues, and produce adoption and performance insights and reports.
- Partner with business leaders and AI Advocates to scale adoption across Global Technology.
- Deliver enablement and training sessions; lead the Copilot Studio Builders Exchange community.
- Support communication campaigns and act as an evangelist for Copilot and AI productivity tools.
Requirements
We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Apps, Dataverse, and connectors and a proven ability to design, build, and scale intelligent agents, automations, and workflows within governance guidelines., * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Apps, Dataverse, and connectors.
- Hands-on experience developing REST API and MCP custom connectors in Copilot Studio.
- Experience with CI/CD deployment processes in Power Platform.
- Prompt engineering expertise for Copilot agents.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable solutions.
- Integration skills with APIs, connectors, and enterprise data sources.
- Analytical capability to define, collect, interpret usage data, and present insights to leadership.
- Business acumen to translate needs into use cases and guide users to the correct tools.
- Leadership and ownership to operate independently and in teams as an adoption leader.
- Excel power user skills including VBA/Macros, Power Query, Power Pivot, and data visualization.
- Prior experience with enterprise-scale support and proven experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and M365.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft certifications: Power Platform, M365, AI-related, and Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira.
