Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Administrator to support, maintain, administer, and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS administration, database/application support, troubleshooting, patching, performance tuning, and production support. Responsibilities * Administer and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments across development, test, and production. * Perform Oracle EBS installation, configuration, cloning, patching, upgrades, and maintenance. * Manage Oracle EBS application and database tiers, including Oracle Application Server/WebLogic components. * Troubleshoot application, concurrent manager, workflow, forms, reports, and performance-related issues. * Manage Concurrent Managers, request sets, printers, workflows, and EBS services. * Perform database administration activities in coordination with Oracle DBA teams. * Support EBS environments running on Oracle Database. * Monitor system performance, application availability, and overall environment health. * Perform EBS environment cloning and refresh activities. * Apply Oracle patches, CPUs, AD/TXK patches, and other required fixes. * Troubleshoot EBS configuration, connectivity, and integration issues. * Support user access, responsibilities, profiles, and security administration. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support processes. * Participate in production deployments, upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery activities. * Work closely with functional teams, developers, DBAs, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders. * Provide L2/L3 production support and participate in on-call activities when required.

Requirements

* 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Administration. * Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12/R12.2. * Experience with Oracle EBS installation, configuration, patching, cloning, and upgrades. * Strong knowledge of ADOP, AD Administration, AutoConfig, Rapid Clone, and EBS maintenance utilities. * Experience supporting Concurrent Managers, Workflow, Forms, Reports, and OAF. * Strong understanding of Oracle EBS application and database architecture. * Experience with Oracle Database and basic SQL/PLSQL troubleshooting. * Experience with WebLogic Server and Oracle EBS technology stack. * Strong Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting skills. * Experience with production support, incident management, and performance troubleshooting. * Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills * Experience with Oracle EBS integrations and middleware technologies. * Knowledge of Oracle Cloud/Fusion environments. * Experience with EBS security, SSO, and authentication technologies. * Knowledge of high availability, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery concepts. * Experience with ITIL-based production support processes., Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
