Job description

Our direct, F100 client headquartered near Cleveland, OH is looking to hire a REMOTE Knowledge Management Analyst for a 6-month, extendable contract position. This role supports Knowledge Management cleanup and consolidation within an IT Enterprise PMO environment. The position focuses on reviewing, organizing, standardizing, and consolidating knowledge assets so information is accurate, current, and easy to find in one trusted source. You will help identify what should be kept, merged, archived, or retired, and help improve clarity, consistency, and structure across large sets of content. This is a remote role, and candidates must be willing to work ET hours and attend all meetings on video.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Demonstrated experience supporting Knowledge Management initiatives, such as:

  • KM implementation or improvement efforts
  • Knowledge cleanup, consolidation, or migration activities
  • Reducing document duplication and sprawl
  • Establishing or supporting trusted sources of information
  • Experience working with large volumes of content across multiple owners or repositories.
  • Understanding of basic knowledge lifecycle concepts (create, maintain, review, retire)., * Demonstrated experience supporting Knowledge Management
  • Strong analytical skills to assess documentation quality, relevance, and alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to self start, prioritize tasks, and make progress independently in a structured but low oversight environment.
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills.
  • Ability to apply logical structure and organization to complex information.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to resolve ambiguity and confirm intent.
  • Familiarity with knowledge or document management platforms (e.g., SharePoint or similar).
  • Ability to execute work within a defined plan led by a Project Manager.
