Requirements

Experience: 10+ years in enterprise network engineering/reliability.
Work mode: Remote
Core networking: Routing, switching, SD-WAN, data center & cloud networking.
Cloud: Strong AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure hybrid & multi-cloud architecture experience.
Cloud-native: Kubernetes/container networking, service mesh, APIs, microservices.
Automation/IaC: Terraform, Ansible, Python, DevOps, GitOps, CI/CD.
Reliability/SRE: HA/resiliency, incident response, RCA, observability, operational excellence.
Security: Zero Trust, secure cloud connectivity, policy-as-code.
Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, ThousandEyes or similar.
Architecture: Lead modernization from traditional networking to SDN/cloud-native networking.
Leadership: Mentor engineers and act as senior technical authority for network/cloud architecture.
Education: BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc; certifications preferred.
Good to have: Healthcare/SaaS/regulated industry experience.
Preferred certifications: CCIE, AWS Advanced Networking, Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud Network Engineer, CKA, Terraform Associate.
