Requirements

  • Master or bachelor s in electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related.
  • Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in IC test development or application development.
  • Develop new test methodologies and solutions for devices on Advantest V93K.
  • Strong knowledge on Exascale architecture, SMT8 debug tools & TML experience is must
  • Proven C/C++ experience and java programming skills
  • HW design knowledge is a plus
  • Demonstrated strong personal leadership & good team player
  • Proactive, self-disciplined, and highly motivated, * Master or bachelor s in electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related.
  • 5+ years ATE test development experience.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Experience (Gitlab, Jenkins)
  • Test experience of digital, power management IC (PMIC), RF, or mixed-signal devices.
  • Knowledge and experience of Teradyne testers, UltraFlex and UltraFlexplus is must.
  • Knowledge and experience on script language (Perl, Python, etc) programing
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
