About the company
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years., Anduril’s robots operate in some of the most demanding environments on Earth, from the ocean floor to the edge of space. The DeviceOS team builds the operating system and platform that make those systems possible.
We develop the software foundation that runs across Anduril’s land, sea, air, and space platforms: bootloaders, kernels, drivers, system services, deployment tooling, and everything in between. Our work sits at the intersection of open source software, embedded systems, hardware, and real-world autonomy.
You will own projects across the full software lifecycle, from architecture and implementation through automated testing, hardware bring-up, field testing, and deployment support. This is a role for engineers who want to work close to the metal and see their software operate on real machines in consequential environments.
