Sr IT Analyst - SAP Order Management Consultant S/4 HANA

You will report to our Sr IT Director and work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid basis. Note: for the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F., * Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their order management processes, challenges, and requirements.

• Solution Design: Design SAP S/4 HANA solutions for order management processes, considering industry best practices and business needs.
• Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP Order Management module according to business requirements, including pricing, availability, order types, delivery, and billing.
• Integration: Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Order Management and other SAP modules (such as Sales, Logistics, Finance) and external systems.
• Testing: Develop and execute test scripts to ensure the configured solutions meet business requirements and perform as expected.
• Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users on new processes and functionalities. Create documentation including user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Order Management solutions, including troubleshooting issues, applying patches, and implementing enhancements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within SAP Order Management, leveraging new features and functionalities of SAP S/4 HANA.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery., * Credit/Debit Memo Processing

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP consultant specializing in Order Management, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Order Management module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, including full lifecycle implementations and system conversions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
