As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our software projects and guiding a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building microservices in .NET, possess a deep understanding of modern software design principles, and have a solid grasp of Azure as a platform. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential, as well as a passion for innovation and a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

What you’ll own

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment focused on continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, priorities, and timelines, ensuring development efforts align with business goals and strategic initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Azure technologies while ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, software design principles, and best practices through code reviews, technical guidance, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project planning, execution, and delivery, proactively resolving technical challenges and ensuring successful completion of milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing innovative technologies, tools, and processes that enhance development efficiency, productivity, and software quality.
• Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coordinating with cross-functional teams and managers to manage dependencies and deliver successful project outcomes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience building microservices with C#, .NET, Angular, and cloud-based solutions, including strong proficiency in Azure services and architectures.
• 3+ years of experience in a Software Development Manager or similar technical leadership role, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing development teams.
• Strong understanding of modern software design principles, patterns, and architectures, with a focus on scalability, performance, maintainability, and enterprise application development.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with a demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects on time and achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and work across all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, combined with an innovative mindset and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
