Job description

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business sources.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
Create and maintain KPIs, metrics, and performance reports.
Validate data accuracy and perform data quality checks.
Assist with data modeling, data transformation, and report automation.
Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and business teams.
Document reporting logic, data sources, and business requirements.
Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze business data, develop reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making., * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in SQL.
Experience or academic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or another BI tool.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Basic understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
Knowledge of KPIs, dashboards, and data visualization best practices.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze large datasets and identify meaningful insights.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Power BI DAX and Power Query.
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
Basic understanding of ETL/ELT processes.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or Redshift.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Internship, academic projects, or prior experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence., * Bachelor’’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
0-2 years of relevant experience.
