Data Analyst

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL databases and data models to support business needs and reporting requirements.
• Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using tools like Talend or custom scripts in Python, Bash, or VBA to ensure accurate data integration from diverse sources.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other reporting tools to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Conduct requirements analysis with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate these into technical specifications for dashboard development and data models.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis using Excel, R, or other analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate within Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data solutions.
• Document data workflows, system architecture, and process improvements using Visio or similar diagramming tools for clarity and future reference.
