Job description

  • Architect and design scalable, resilient, and performant microservices-based solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architectural standards.
  • Drive the technical implementation and evolution of core microservices components, focusing on high quality, efficiency, and maintainability.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on best practices for microservices architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for microservices development, deployment, and operational management.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and guidelines across microservices ecosystems to ensure consistency and interoperability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and operations, to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of services.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their growth in microservices design, development, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality and adherence to architectural principles.
  • Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize microservices for efficiency, reliability, and scalability under various loads.
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for microservices adoption, platform evolution, and the modernization of existing systems.
  • Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and operational aspects of microservices in production environments, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation for architectural designs, API specifications, and system configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical issues within the microservices landscape, providing expert resolution and root cause analysis.

  • Possess a robust professional background demonstrating 7-10 years of progressive experience in software architecture and development, specifically within complex enterprise environments., * Demonstrated expertise and a strong foundational understanding of microservices architecture principles and patterns are essential for this role.
  • Experienced with API/Contract designs
  • In-depth understanding of coding languages (.NET, Java, JavaScript).
  • Efficient communication skills, strong organizational and leadership skills.
