Geographic Information System consultant

Gather and document business, functional, and data requirements. Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Partner with business and technical teams to support data migration, reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Support data governance, data quality, and KPI definition. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage requirements, risks, and dependencies. Support SIT, UAT, Agile ceremonies, and solution validation.

12+ years of Business Analyst experience. Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills. Experience with data, reporting, analytics, or modernization projects. Knowledge of data governance and data quality. Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall. Strong communication and analytical skills. GIS/geospatial experience is a mandatory.
