Requirements

8+ years of BI, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Architecture experience.
5+ years of advanced Power BI development experience.
Strong Microsoft Fabric and Azure data technology experience.
Expertise in DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, and report performance optimization.
Experience designing executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and C-suite reporting solutions.
Strong dimensional modeling, data warehousing, metadata management, and data architecture knowledge.
Experience creating governed datasets and reusable enterprise analytics assets.
Strong knowledge of row-level security, data governance, and trusted reporting practices.
Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Genie, or similar cloud analytics technologies.
Hands-on experience using Copilot, Generative AI, or natural-language analytics capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
Ability to independently lead highly visible and complex analytics initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience with Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, Notebooks, Real-Time Intelligence, and Semantic Models.
Healthcare, insurance, financial services, or regulated-industry experience.
