Job description
Arrow Electronics is seeking an Atlassian Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and optimization of our Jira and Confluence environments supporting global wholesale trade operations. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Atlassian solutions, manage the backlog, and prioritize enhancements that improve productivity, visibility, and governance. Responsibilities include owning configuration, driving adoption, defining standards, overseeing integrations, and using data-driven insights to continuously improve processes in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment., * Own the strategy and roadmap for Jira and Confluence across global operations
- Gather and translate business requirements into Atlassian features and configurations
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, releases, and enhancement pipeline
- Design and optimize workflows, fields, and permission schemes to support processes
- Partner with IT and business teams to implement integrations and automation
- Define governance, standards, and best practices for Atlassian usage
- Monitor performance and adoption, providing training and support to users
- Use data and reporting to identify improvements and drive continuous optimization
