Experience & Delivery Technical Tenure: 3+ years of professional development experience, with at least 2 years focused on the Salesforce platform. Implementation Lifecycle: Proven track record in the “Develop, Test, and Deploy” phases of the SDLC. Agile Collaboration: Experience working as a core developer within Scrum or Kanban teams, accurately delivering story points. Core Salesforce Development Declarative Configuration: Proficiency in “clicks-not-code” development, including custom objects, validation rules, and page layouts. Programmatic Basics: Proficiency in writing Apex classes, triggers, and anonymous blocks while adhering to bulkification best practices. UI Development: Ability to modify and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and a basic understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+). Automation & Logic Flow Builder: Ability to design, build, and troubleshoot Record-Triggered and Auto launched Flows to automate business processes. SOQL/SOSL: Skill in writing queries to retrieve data for both custom code and troubleshooting. Security Model: Understanding of the Salesforce sharing and security model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, and OWDs. Testing & DevOps Adherence Unit Testing: Discipline in writing Apex Test Classes and achieving high code coverage with mock data. Version Control: Proficiency with Git (GitHub/BitBucket) for branching and committing code as part of a collaborative team. Data Management: Experience using Data Loader or Inspector for importing and exporting records while maintaining data integrity. Execution & Communication Troubleshooting: Ability to use the Developer Console and Debug Logs to resolve simple logic errors or governor limit breaches. Documentation: Commitment to writing clear inline comments and maintaining technical design notes for developed features. Requirement Comprehension: Ability to translate user stories into functional solutions under the guidance of a Senior Developer.
