Job description

Can identify cascading impacts of a change (permissions, page layouts, related automation) rather than building narrowly to the ticket Core development: Advanced declarative AND custom code experience - this is a hybrid role, not one or the other. Needs someone who defaults to declarative (Flow, standard objects, config) where it fits, but can go deep into custom code (Apex, LWC) when it doesn’t. A pure clicks-only admin or a code-only dev who ignores declarative options are both mismatches. Apex: triggers/trigger frameworks, service/repository-style class design Familiarity with common Apex frameworks (e.g. trigger frameworks, dependency-injection/mocking patterns) and solid unit testing strategy - not just hitting code coverage, but meaningful assertions and test isolation Lightning Web Components: JS/HTML/CSS component development, Jest unit testing Advanced debugging: Can root-cause across the stack, not just patch symptoms - Apex debug logs and stack traces, governor-limit failures (SOQL/DML/CPU limits), and async job failures (Queueable/Batch/Future) under real production data volumes Browser DevTools for LWC issues; comfortable debugging Flow execution (Flow debugger, fault paths, element-level trace) Knows how to reproduce an intermittent or data-dependent bug rather than guessing - isolates whether an issue is code, config, data, or a permissions/sharing problem before touching anything Integration: REST callouts, Named Credentials / External Credentials, third-party API auth patterns, Apex integration framework experience Service Cloud specialization Omni-Channel/CTI experience DevOps / CI-CD Salesforce DX (source-driven development, scratch orgs), Git/GitHub workflows CI/CD pipeline experience - GitHub Actions or similar, including automated test gating and multi-stage promotion (dev test prod) AI-assisted development: Comfortable using AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) at an advanced level to increase productivity - not just autocomplete, but prompting/directing an agent through multi-step build and review work Able to critically evaluate AI-generated code/config rather than accepting it uncritically - still owns correctness and platform best practices Leadership / mentorship: Genuinely “senior” - able to review others’ code/config, give constructive feedback, and raise the team’s bar, not just produce individual output Comfortable pairing with or unblocking junior developers, explaining the “why” behind an architectural choice, not just the “how” Client-facing / communication: Comfortable demoing work directly to the client - can walk through a build and take questions live Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders - calls, email threads, status updates - not someone who needs a proxy to talk to the client

Requirements

Experience: Senior level experience (able to lead, review code/config, mentor junior developers, and demo directly to clients) Primary Skill: Service Cloud (Advanced) Core Skills: Solution design / architecture: Can translate a business requirement into a data model and automation approach, not just take a spec and code it - comfortable weighing object relationships (lookup vs. master-detail), sharing/security model, and automation choice (declarative vs. Apex) before building Designs for reuse and governor limits - bulkified triggers/Apex, scalable Flow design, avoiding hardcoded assumptions that break at scale, Experience Cloud - site build experience, ideally LWR (Lightning Web Runtime), not just Aura-based sites Flosum experience desirable but not necessary Security/compliance-adjacent: familiarity with FedRAMP/GovCloud-style isolated environments, security clearance eligibility, Salesforce Shield / Field-Level Encryption exposure
