Test Engineer 3

We are seeking a Test Engineer 3 to support an innovative wearable technology and footwear performance initiative focused on exoskeleton-assisted athletic movement. This role will support a fast-paced start-up style environment responsible for running product testing, gathering and analyzing data, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve athlete performance technology. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on testing, process improvement, athlete interaction, and working with emerging performance technologies., * Recruit and coordinate participants for product testing sessions

• Execute physical product and performance tests involving wearable/exoskeleton technology
• Collect, aggregate, and analyze testing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to support product enhancements and innovation
• Support process improvements and help optimize testing workflows
• Operate in a highly collaborative, experimental, and iterative environment
• Work directly with athletes and test participants during evaluations and product trials
• Utilize data analysis tools and scripting to support testing and reporting activities
• Assist with sensor-based testing and performance measurement technologies

Do you have experience in Python?, * 5+ years of Test Engineering experience supporting physical products

• Experience recruiting participants and executing product testing programs
• Strong data aggregation, analysis, and reporting experience
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to improve products and processes
• Self-starter mindset with strong curiosity and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in repetitive testing environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Python scripting and data analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience using AI tools for data analysis
• MATLAB experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience with sensors, force plates, motion capture systems, treadmills, or athletic performance technology
• Familiarity with human gait analysis
• Experience working directly with athletes
• Prior sports performance, wearable technology, or footwear industry experience
• Previous experience supporting projects for consumer athletic brands
