Full stack TMS Developer

Linfa Systems provides warehouse management, transportation management, ERP integrations, hardware, and process-driven technology solutions for distribution, manufacturing, and logistics operations. We work closely with customers to design and implement practical software solutions that improve warehouse, inventory, shipping, routing, and operational visibility., The Full Stack TMS Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting transportation and warehouse software solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Python, Microsoft SQL Server, backend APIs, frontend development, and a solid understanding of WMS and TMS processes.

This person will work closely with business analysts, implementation consultants, warehouse specialists, and customers to build solutions that support routing, dispatching, proof of delivery, carrier integration, order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and ERP/WMS connectivity., * Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications for TMS, WMS, and logistics workflows.

• Build and support backend services, APIs, and integration processes using Python.
• Develop and optimize database objects, queries, stored procedures, and reports in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Work with transportation workflows such as route planning, dispatching, delivery confirmation, driver assignments, shipment status, freight rating, and proof of delivery.
• Support WMS-related workflows including picking, packing, shipping, inventory movements, pallet/SSCC tracking, and warehouse execution.
• Integrate applications with ERP systems, WMS platforms, TMS systems, carrier platforms, and third-party APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to data synchronization, performance, transactions, and user workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in customer discovery, requirements review, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Contribute to system architecture, database design, and application performance improvements.

Do you have experience in Web applications?, * Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Proficiency with Python for backend development.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including:
• T-SQL
• Stored procedures
• Views
• Triggers
• Query optimization
• Data modeling
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with frontend web development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and TMS systems.
• Understanding of logistics, warehousing, distribution, transportation, routing, and delivery workflows.
• Experience integrating business applications with ERP, WMS, TMS, or carrier systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data and process issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Acumatica, SAP Business One, or other ERP systems.
• Experience with barcode scanning, SSCC, pallet tracking, and mobile warehouse applications.
• Experience with proof of delivery applications, driver apps, route management, or dispatch systems.
• Experience with cloud services, background jobs, scheduled tasks, and synchronization services.
• Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or BI solutions.
• Experience working with logistics, manufacturing, distribution, food, beverage, or 3PL customers.
• Familiarity with EDI, carrier APIs, shipping integrations, and freight systems.
• Experience with Android or mobile application integrations is a plus.

$80,000 - $90,000 a year - Full-time, Contract, Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
